Terms and Conditions for Tours
INCLUDED
Included the services of a professional Blue-Badge Driver Guide with his or her motor car within the time and mileage as instructed and arranged, including the Driver-Guides fee and all vehicle expenses as below, Government taxes.
All other services as instructed and agreed.
NOT INCLUDED
Entrances charges, meals, gratuities.
All incidental expenses should be settled directly.
Charges for extra services should be agreed at the time.
PAYMENT
All payment to be made in GBP British Pound.
Through electronic transfer or via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa & American Express are all accepted
CANCELLATION CHARGES
From 13 up to 8 days : charges will be 50% of the driver guiding services, non refundable payments that have been made to 3rd party sup- pliers.
From 7 days up to 48 hours : 75% deduction of tour services and no refund on any 3rd party suppliers costs.
48 hours : no refund on Tour Driver guiding services.
CHANGE OF AVAILABILITY
If for any reason we are unable to conduct a tour due to our fault as agreed a full 100% refund will be paid.
If you wish to cancel, or I will use a suitably Qualified Blue Badge guide as a replacement and all terms and conditions will remain the same.
DRIVING HOURS
Although Drivers of Private hire vehicles are not subject to limitation of hours its important that for the success of the tour that adequate breaks are adhered to for the continued comfort and safety of Driver guide and passengers.
SMOKING
It is against the Law to smoke in a PHV (Private hire vehicle).
LUGGAGE
Luggage space can be accommodated for up to 8 passengers comfortably although it is suggested to indicate how much luggage you intend to bring on tour when making the booking.
RESPONSIBILITY
Every care will be taken relating to the driving and guiding by the Driver guide but no automatic responsibility will be assumed for any injury or loss, damage or delay, or any irregularity caused.All driver tour guides are compelled by law to have Hire&reward insurance when carrying passengers and this is rigoursley adhered to when a london private tours booking is made.
We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.Baggage and personal effects are carried entirely at the owners risk.
PRIVATE HIRE, VEHICLE & OPERATOR LICENCE
All Driver guides who undertake an engagement with London Private Tours, in addition to being professional Blue Badge guides, are also licenced by Transport for London (tfl ) as well as their vehicles. London Private Tours is a trading name of London Private Tours Ltd.
